+Yesterday, June 10 2023, Debian 12 "Bookworm" has been released. Thank you so much Debian team!
+The most important changes are that from now on, the non-free firmware has been moved into its own repository (the [[misc:sources.list]] will be updated to reflect that later) and it now part of the official installer release. Finally Debian installations on bare-metal become feasible again :-)
+Also, if you are running a dual-boot system, you will have to tell Grub to actually probe for other OS on your system, by default that is now disabled. Just enable the row ''GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false'' in the ''/etc/default/grub'' file and run an ''update-grub''.
